Spinach (frozen) - in a quiche
Rocket - in a salad for lunch at work
Gem Lettuce - in a salad
Cucumber - by themselves
Buckwheat (flour) - in a cake
Coconut (flour) - in a cake
Almond - in a Bar + protein powder + milk
Curry powder - with eggs
Strawberries - by the bowlful
Blueberries - by the bowlful
Cherries (frozen) - by the bowlful
Blackcurrants (frozen) - by the bowlful!
Blackberries (frozen) - by the bowlful!
Parsley - straight from my garden
Mint - straight from my garden
Oregano - straight from my garden
Thyme - straight from my garden
Chilli - straight from my garden
Rosemary - straight from my garden
Peanuts
Lemongrass - in a curry paste
Galangal - in a curry paste
Coriander - fresh, with stir-fry + in a curry paste
Garlic - in a curry paste
Lime - frozen, in stir-fry & potentially in a few glasses of vodka over the weekend
Lemon - fresh, with smoked salmon
Sunflower seeds - in a Carman’s seed bar - sure, it’s processed but whole seeds still count! This one is currently my favourite
